Hotel/ water park

Hi.
I'm looking for recommendations for a holiday for parents with an 8 year old.
I'm looking for a 4 or 5 hotel on a beach with or near a water park. And some golfing nearby would be great but not totally important.
Any ideas would be great.

I should say in Europe. Preferably Portugal but doesn't have to be.
