Recommendations for relaxing 5 night break in June? :)

DD will away so I would like to book a relaxing 5 night break, read my book, do online yoga and mindfulness, be by the sea, somewhere warm, sleep. Ideally I would like a cheap flight from Stansted or Gatwick however don't mind any London / East Midlands airport and am happy to fly out from one e.g. City and back to another eg Heathrow. Time travel not too long e.g. 3-4 hour flight and then up to 1-2 hours travel to get to wherever I'm staying. The actual accommodation is important - I don't want to stay in a very touristy/concrety/ lots of hotels place. Instead I'd like a self catering house/villa/apartment by the sea, outdoor space and ideally not too hot. Ideally sea views or a short walking distance to the sea. Quiet, a bit off the beaten, away from the tourists, although not remote as I will be by myself. Will need wi-fi as not doubt there will be some work to do! Bikes/access to bikes to cycle along the coast would be nice although not a deal beaker. Similarly I'd like to go for a massage, facial, spa if something nearby. I don't particularly want to hire a car from the airport to get to wherever I'm staying as not driving for 5 days will make a nice change/break. Does such a place exist (other than in my head?). Any recommendations for accommodation, locations etc gratefully received. I have spent many hours looking/going around in circles and generally driving myself insane! Thank you x

Personally I’d go adults only all inclusive to a place like Tui Blue Suite Princess on Gran Canaria. Plenty of open space, a suite not a room, endless cocktails. Spa and massage on site.

Arena One 99 Glamping www.arenaglamping.com/en/ It's got yoga, a spa, gong bath, ceramics workshop. It's heaven.

All the places you worry about being too touristy concrete and full of tourists so Canaries, Mediterranean etc also have quiet places where you can find what you're looking for. Plus they'll have a good choice of cheap flights and the other amenities like public transport and massages etc.

Having said that they will also be hot in June but the North Coast of Poland is well known as a wellness destination, won't be as hot and you can fly to Gdansk cheaply. There's a spit of land north of Gdansk and I've read about a spa hotel in Hel at the end.

How about Cascais along the coast from Lisbon? Really straightforward to get to from Lisbon airport by public transport. We did a day trip there when staying in Lisbon and it was just a lovely, chilled day. We went over the early May half term and the weather was lovely.

I did a gorgeous 10 days alone in Mallorca. The first 5 in Deia - the scenery on that coast is so stunning! But everything you're looking for was in the second spot I went to, have a look at Predi Son Jaumell. It's a gorgeous hotel with bikes and a beautiful beach nearby. I took a taxi to the airport because like you I didn't fancy driving
