What is Marbella like for kids?

Looking at taking my 3.5 year old away at Easter but want a short flight so looking at Costa del Sol as I think weather wise that’s quite hot in April. Been looking at Marbella but wasn’t sure what it was like for children? I’ve only ever seen it on Towie so think it’s gonna be all glitz and glam and fancy bars?

also out of the other resorts Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Torremolinos which one is more family friendly but not like Benidorm. Want a resort a bit like Costa Adeje in Tenerife.

It’s lovely, it can be as chilled and non glitzy as you like but it can be expensive to eat out and opening hours can be tricky with toddlers so maybe better to have a self catering option / kitchenette. We used to stay at one of the resorts in Benihavis (Colina Del paraiso iirc)
which had little house type things with well equipped kitchens and ground floor balconies.
Nice and quiet but I seem to remember the car was necessary to get to main shopping places etc.
Easter time can be busy with lots of festivals and parades so it’s good to plan around or with that in mind depending if it’s your thing or not.

It has everything. It's a great resort for all ages. Orange square in the old town is so pretty. The beaches are great. I love it there's

From those options I would go for Fuengirola, lovely beach and lots of little parks and play areas dotted about.
