Majorca recommendations with teenager

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a hotel in Majorca - planning to go in the summer with my 14 year old. I’ve seen some lovely hotels with mostly decent reviews, but would really like somewhere with some pool-based activities (like volleyball or other things) that might entertain this age group for days we don’t venture out. Not after luxury, just somewhere clean and nice.

Cala Santanyi is a quiet corner of Majorca. You can get to other parts of the island by public bus but you'd need two buses. Otherwise of course there's car rental and organised coach excursions.
