Summer holiday with teens

Both my kids finish exams in June, so I'm looking for a place suitable for a week.

Some of our favourite holidays have been Croatia, Greek islands, Italy.

Can anyone recommend somewhere with lovely beaches, lazy but fun.

We prefer staying in villas over big hotels,

Malta? There are some gorgeous beaches, lovely cities, and it's very easy to get around. Valletta is the capital and is well worth visiting, but if you google 'malta best beaches' there are lots of different ones, that are suited for different things (some you climb down to access, some good for watersports, some with golden sand etc)
