Navigating the ESTA site

Hi all,

I am having a ‘mare and not sure I am being an idiot!

I submitted an ESTA application and opted to pay later just because I realised I needed to dig out a different bank card. but going back i cannot see ANYWHERE where i can update my payment? The application is there - i have a log in for it and it shows as waiting payment but there is just nowhere to enter it?? Am i going mad here??

hope someone can help otherwise I will just have to let it expire for a week and redo!!

Can you click onto the application, follow it through and get back to the payment screen?

That website is shit. Maybe try using a different web browser.

I have experience of this!!
Its on an automatic timed reset which nobody can override even if you call the ESTA number and plead with them to please reset so you can board your plane!
I can’t remember the timescale - 4 hours maybe?! - but give it a while and then when you go back to it, it should then be accessible to input card details.

Thank you - @Buttons0522 i kept checking and then the pay now button appeared about 3 hours later!
