Best good value all inclusive Europe

Any personal recommendations for an amazing All Inclusive in Europe for July?

I've been to Rixos Premium Belek in October
half term a few years ago, and it was totally amazing! Huge place, huge pools. 5 a la carte restaurants that you could book once each week). Fun entertainment on a professional outdoor stage 9-10pm every night. Very quiet rooms.

I've looked at cost of the same Rixos for myself and my 16 yr old daughter sharing a room in July after GCSE'S) and it's £4k for the week 😳

So, I wondered if anyone had any recommendations for an amazing AI like this in any European country (up to 4 hr flight) for July that was more like £2-£3k. So not Ikos either 😂

The Atlantica resorts in Greece can be good, they come in at that price level for 2 adults AI for a week if July but before the school holidays.

They know how to do AI well, with mix of restaurants etc, but the entertainment may be bit hit or miss
