Tromsø

We've decided to go to Tromsø for a few days, fancied somewhere different. We're going at the end of April.
Has anyone been and could recommend some must do things please? We'll go up the mountain in the cable car, visit the cathedral and do a harbour side sauna. Anything else?

I would also recommend the Polar Museum, Troll Museum, Polaria, maybe a fjord trip. Plenty of food choices and shops.
Tromsø is lovely, you'll have a great time!
End of April a bit late for northern lights because it's lighter at night, but you never know.

There's the Mack brewery if you like that sort of thing and kayak tours too which I've always thought would be a fun thing except I've always gone in January so it's too flipping cold! Midnight concert in the Arctic cathedral or the old wooden Cathedral if you like classical music. Polaria is interesting although the Atlanterhavsparken in Ålesund is better, but it's still worth a visit.
