...who are able to move our car from Heathrow to Stanstead?

We are looking at different options for our trip, flying out of Heathrow and back into Stanstead. Would be ideal if we could use our own car as live quite far away from airports on south coast and got small kids.

Thanks ☺️

Short answer is NO. Sorry.

We are currently looking at a holiday and have the exact same airport dilemma! Same airports too! I'm currently looking up the cost difference between flying in/out from the same airport vs the savings of flying into someone else.

Its just DH and myself, so have done national express previously (not in this scenario specifically) but that was 1 thought. It might not be great with young children though.

A hopeful bump for you anyways.

Edited as just thought- check how much a hire car from airport to airport would be. It might be cheaper than paying for your car to be moved- if this is even an option.

National Express have a direct coach between the 2 - possibly the best option.

Any flight options for Heathrow/Gatwick combination instead?
VIP Heathrow do off site parking with a pick up / drop off service that I've used between these two.
It's a probably a 90 min drive between Heathrow and Stansted.

Yes I think national express or a taxi will be our options. National express obviously cheaper but got to look at practicalities with luggage and landing in the night with small kids.

I did look at playing around with flights but it's coming out much more expensive and unfortunately can't afford to change that now.

Won't be doing it this way again !

Thanks all for ideas and advice.

It might be worth looking at luggage drop-off services so you’re only transporting yourselves and hand luggage on public transport?
