Lads holiday

My ds 19 is looking at a lads holiday but they did the clubbing scene last year and thinking about something more along the lines of touring round or adventure options, with a few beers of course!
I'm normally good at ideas but am a bit stumped, any ideas?
It would need to be fairly simple 7-10 days early July, budget about £800 pp.
maybe Greece island hopping or a lively but not too lively resort somewhere with water sports as well as fun bars

The cost of the ferries for Greek island hopping would unfortunately eat into a big chunk of that budget. Also, with only 7-10 days, there isn’t much time to ‘hop’
around as such.

Spending money in somewhere like Malaga will be cheap, then they could get a train somewhere down the coast for a few nights.

Alternatively, as flight costs will be a prohibitive factor, start by trawling the budget airlines for the cheapest flights. Might a bit late now for a bargain.

Mine flew to Budva, train to Belgrade, bus to Budapest then home
Cheap flights, combination of backpackers hostels and air BnB.
