Family holiday all inclusive

I'd love to know what family holidays you've been on that you'd recommend...please help I've been searching for months and can't pick.

All inclusive - yes, I do not want to think of alternatives, I do not want to use my brain.

2 boys will be 3.5 and nearly 5.

By a beach would be ideal, kids pool, ice cream on tap, ideally a kids club, nice adult facilities like spa etc would also be a bonus.
