Anyone stayed in a fab pub/ inn accommodation central london

Hi there
I'm toying with this.
I like the small no of rooms they have. Some have kind of quirky decor and are in nice locations. Anyone done this? I am slightly worried about noise. It would be for me ,sister and teen daughter. The prices are the same / slightly more than a budget hotel. Any suggestions ?

The Tommyfield in Kennington I can highly recommend. It's south of the river though which is my favourite part of London but not to everyone's taste
