Exoticca?

I'm finding mixed reviews about the company Exoticca.
I'm looking at possibly booking a Jordan and Egypt with them for me and DH for much later in the year. It looks like great value.
We've only previously used Exodus once, a few years ago, and they were excellent.
I think someone has mentioned that they've used Exoticca and it was fine.
I guess I'm looking at some kind of reassurance as the pricing does seem very reasonable. We're not looking for luxury travel just value for money. Exoticca is very competitively priced with flights included.
If you've travelled with Exoticca, were you happy with the experience?

Never used Exoticca because of the mixed reviews, but been to both countries within the last 3 years.
We used discoveregypt.co.uk for a bespoke holiday to Egypt, they also cover Jordan.
Couldn't fault them. Multiple stays, flights, excursions & transfers all went smoothly, & a very good price.

We used dream-jordan.com for a package, & they were excellent & also a good price. Also cover Egypt.

Use a company like Trailfinders. Cheap is not always cheerful

@AttilaTheMeerkat that's what I'm thinking and worried about. Thanks

TF use the same local companies anyway.

On our Egypt holiday, there were only 10 people in the group.
We got chatting about the costs, as we'd come via different companies.
Our 3-week bespoke holiday as above cost about the same as TF charged for the Nile cruise & 2 days in Cairo.

@Georgyporky worth knowing. Thanks

I've been looking at exxotica and although the base prices are cheap I find the airports tend not to be any good for us, I don't mind travelling to London Heathrow or Gatwick but Stanstead is awful and Luton is too awkward. Manchester is too expensive for us to get to, for some reason cheap fares on the train don't seem to be available.

Also it looks like a lot of the trips are not included so you need to factor those in.
