end of june holiday with 3 year old and 6 month - no car hire - any ideas

Any ideas/recomendations? Flying from London - short flight hopefully. Really don't want to hire a car, but to be near enough to beach - thanks

we have just returned from lanzarote, rubimar aparthotel and i couldnt recommend it enough. Its in the new marina development, 15 mins walk from playa blanca and beach. Hotel has indoor outdoor and baby pool, play room and spa. Lots of fab restaurants less than 5 mins walk away, ds 1 was made so welcome even in the posh ones. Very warm but quite windy so didnt get unbearablw hot
