Porto hotel recs - quiet at night but central

Anyone been to Porto and could recommend a hotel that's fairly central but not super noisy late at night?
Going for a long weekend - adults only, eating, drinking and sightseeing. We'll be out lateish but don't want to be somewhere that's still noisy at midnight ...

We stayed here last summer and it was lovely - very central but it has a nice peaceful garden with a small pool. It is quite a hectic city so it was great to come back to somewhere quiet after exploring.

We stayed here and loved it. Just a few minutes walk from the big bridge, and easy access to the centre. The rooms were lovely, and breakfast was delicious. I'd go back in a flash.

Stayed here in September 2023, a bit further north than the Cocorico but we loved it.
