Does anyone know this area of Spain and is able to tell me what the coastal towns in this area are like - particularly out of season. Where would you recommend if I like Nerja and Estepona?
I'm looking to go February next year. Normally we stay in the Malaga region but want a change. I liked Alicante and was originally thinking of spending some time in the city there and then a week in one of the coastal towns between there and Valencia but the weather looks quite a bit cooler and wetter in that region so looking at travelling south near to Murcia.
I can get daily flights to Alicante, weekly to Murcia but not to AlmerÃa in the winter. I'm not looking for hotel recommendations.
