Passport - impressed

Thought I'd share that I ordered and paid for a new passport on Monday (standard, not fast track) Sent my old passport back Monday PM (arrived Tuesday)
Notifications along the way about passport being received, processed, approved.
Just been informed my new one will be delivered tomorrow!

Is this one government agency that has actually got its sh*t together?

Same, 2 passports renewed in the last month, both returned within a week. I was impressed.

My last renewal was from abroad. (By paper form). It took 5 days, most of which was the "post" (embassy post, not regular!)

I needed a new passport and change my surname as I have recently married

Got an updated passport for my eldest

Both done within the week and I paid for standard service
