Recommendations please. Balearics/Greece/Spain

Holiday wishlist is as follows...
1 bed apartment
Half board or all inclusive for ease
In an area which is walkable for restaurants/shops
close to the sea
preferably with own sunbeds on patio/balcony
Not a massive high-rise hotel

We had this in holidays in Tenerife and Lanzarote, but keen to avoid the Canary's due to the Kalima potentially bringing hazy days and irritating asthma (!).

Preferably not much more than an hour away from the airport either.

How about Tramontana Park in Playas de Fornells? It's an Aparthotel in a very pretty tourist village on the north coast of Menorca, about 20-25 minutes drive from the airport.

I haven't stayed in the hotel, but have stayed in Playas de Fornells many times, and it's lovely. The hotel has one bedroom apartments, you can stay half board, I've no idea of there are sunloungers on the balcony, but some apartments have large terraces, and there are plenty of sun loungers round the pool, and also on the lawn areas over looking the sea.

It's a quiet resort, but there are a handful of restaurants/bars and a couple of supermarkets within walking distance, and the fishing village of Fornells is a long walk or a short taxi/car ride, where there are several more restaurants/bars/shops and a lovely small marina.
