I was made aware some of these are illegal as I was looking to book.
However one I'm looking at the host has provided me with info that he's exempt from legalities as he is a class B dwelling.
He has five properties listed in the building. 1544 positive reviews and has stated he is available in his office on site (a few reviews mentioned this as well saying he's always about for tips, advice blah blah)
Does this sound safe to book?
