Norwegian fjords excursion help

We've booked a Norwegian cruise, we'd like to do a RIB boat trip and paddle boarding but DS is only 11 and P&O requires them to be 13. Anyone done this trip and know if local companies offer the same types of activity but for younger children? I could have sworn it said over 10 a few months ago.

Book olden adventures, but the first port we went to (stavanger I think!) the rib ride was epic so try and find a local company there. (Although we did it with P&O no issues).

Sorry the ports are Stavenger and Hellesyllt, I can't see any sports based excursions on Olden Adventure they're all coach type trips.

If you can sit on the right side of the train (facing the direction of travel ). The big waterfall is on the left going up, but the views on the right are IMO nicer.
