Hi my husband and I are thinking of going to Washington in February. Are we mad will it simply be to cold? We like cold weather and went to NY in January as prefer it to be less busy etc. I’m just thinking will it be snowing or quite wet? I don’t mind snow but not keen if it’s going to be quite wet. I have we about 30 years ago and loved it any recommendations welcome - we want to do the monuments and some museums thanks
