One week in May, 3k, what would you do?

2a 2ch one week at the end of May flying from South West airport, if you jad a 3k budget, what would you do?

Considering AI Europe hotel, but utterly baffled!
Any ideas welcome :)

You might find something in the town of Calas de Mallorca (in Majorca) that comes in within your budget. There are about 10 AI hotels there, 3 and 4. The town itself is not much to write home about (because all the hotels are AI, so not many people are eating out), but there are two nice beaches and the hotels are good value for money compared with the rest of Majorca, which has become pricey lately.
