Teen-friendly resort in Europe

For the first time we are looking to book a resort for a week in the summer and looking for recommendations for options with the following criteria, please:

• suitable activities for a 12 and 14 year old, ideally water sports
• in the Mediterranean
• 4 star or higher
• Excellent food
• nice views

or am I asking the impossible?! The options I’ve briefly looked at seem to cater for younger kids ‘mini club’ style, which I know they would hate 😅

Olympic Lagoon in Paphos. It's got a great teens club, numerous different pools, you're in paphos yourself so easy access to water sports (although these aren't in the resort). Neilson holidays are great for teenagers who are into watersports.

Sungardens Dubrovnik has a wide range of watersports www.dubrovniksungardens.com/en/dubrovnik/beat-the-heat-with-watersports There are organised activities for 11-15yo plus a teen hang out lounge for 11+, with games consoles, table tennis etc...

Lanzarote Barcelo active resort (if you can afford it go Royal Level) it’s an active hotel for a reason there’s so much to do!

By "resort" do you mean the British sense of a seaside town that has a lot of places to stay, or the American sense, which is a large self-contained hotel/beach/sports facility that you hardly need to leave?

The Peligoni club on one of the Greek islands but can't think which? Zakynthos I think!

Valamar Isabella Island, Porec, Croatia. Absolutely gorgeous and has a teen club.

I would recommend this as well. There is a great sports centre and Dubrovnik only a 20 min uber ride away. My teen really enjoyed it.
