Worst places to stay in Venice ..pls

I see so many threads on the best place se to stay ...and they all vary and are all different..
So I thought I do go for the absolute No No 's !!
What would you say ...

In Venice I think you want to think about how you will get to your accommodation. Last time we went we arrived by train so we looked for a hotel very close to the station. You don’t want to end up walking miles up and down bridges, so look at distance from a vaporetto stop or the station, unless you are getting a water taxi (which I imagine is expensive but I don’t actually know).

We will be coming into airport and I I had already "booked " into our expenses that we would be getting a private jet /taxi .
