Do hotels with adjoining rooms exist?! Recommendations please!

Planning a 2025 summer holiday with DH and DCs - one will be three and one will be a few months old (currently pregnant!).

Considering Mallorca and Lanzarote and other similar destinations not too far, similar timezone, family friendly.

We initially looked for apartments but are keen for at least half board if poss, and think it'll be good to be in a slightly more sociable environment. Not that I'm the chatty type with strangers on holiday, but think it'll be good for DS(3) to be around other children.

We'd ideally like a hotel room with a separate small adjoining room for DS 3, with littlest one obviously sharing with us. Obviously for safety/security reasons wouldn't want a separate entrance to the adjoining room - only from our bedroom.

But can I find such a thing for love nor money?! It must exist, surely - or are other families with a toddler and baby all piling into a double room + sofa bed + travel cot and hoping no-one wakes each other up and sitting in silence in a dark room after toddler bedtime?

Even a room with a separate alcove / round the corner bit for a toddler bed would work!

Any recommendations would gratefully received! Thank you!

We went to Arena Beach in Corralejo in Fuerteventura which had a room with a sofa and kitchen and the sofa pulled out into a double bed and then there was also a separate bedroom with another double bed

I'm guessing this is what a 'suite' is? Do they offer those maybe if you phone up?
