Resort with kids club for 2 yo and walking distance to amenities

Hi all,

We are looking for a Greek or Spanish resort option that:

  • has a kids club for a 2 year old
  • Is within walking distance or very easy access of a town with amenities/restaurants
  • Close to a beach
  • Half board or all inclusive would be nice, but not essential
  • Flight time ideally not more than 4h

Our daughter has multiple food allergies and we have learned the hard way that resorts don't always cater very well for these even if you email them in advance and they promise such (and add a potential fussy toddler phase into the mix and she may just live on air for a week.)

Ideally, we want to be within walking distance of a town with amenities (shops and restaurants) and have a one bed suite/room/apartment with a small kitchenette in case we need to quickly whip up a meal for her.

Ikos and Sani are just out of reach budget wise when we factor in extras (and mostly not close to amenities), but looking for something relatively similar with a total budget of around 4k.

Any ideas?

If you'd consider Cyprus, then have a look at Aliathon Hotel Holiday Village Aliathon in Paphos | FirstChoice.co.uk. They're very good with food allergies, and have all that you stated, as well as being within budget. There's a town square pretty much right outside the hotel which has restaurants and shops, and you're a 20 minute bus ride from Paphos city centre. There are different room and board options (some with kitchenette options)

Royal Son Bou Family Club is excellent.
