Road trip suggestions

Hello,

We have two children aged 5/7. Last year we did a small road trip where we stayed in a Eurocamp in France and then did Disneyland.

We were thinking of getting a Ferry over to somewhere but were completely flexible. Has anyone got any inspo? Or places to stay they’d recommend like Eurocamps?

We would be going in the summer holidays. Thanks in advance! 😀

I haven't done it but fancy Beekse Bergen in the Netherlands- near eindhoven loads of things around there to do such as Efteling etc

Ps avoid certain dates in august for Beekse Bergen as there is a big music concert that limits use - details on eurocamp website

We stayed in a fantastic campsite called Hoeve den Overdraght in Belgium. It's a Feather Down glamping farm and there were animals for the children to pet, they could explore the farm and during the summer they even had some craft workshops for the family. It's quite close to a theme park called Plopsaland, which your dc would be just the right age for.
