We are a family of 4. Two adults who like reading, quiet, a bit of culture and choices of places to eat when on holiday. (So ideally want all inclusive with more than just one buffet style restaurant).
And 2 teens 18 and 16 who like sunbathing, beach life and a bit more liveliness. Can anyone recommend an all inclusive where we adults can have a quiet time but which is in walking distance of a small centre with nice bars and activities that the girls could wander around and have a bit more liveliness but not tacky.

What's your budget? The Sofianna Resort in Paphos is lovely. It's got several restaurants to choose from, lovely pools, and is a 10 min walk to paphos city centre where there are restaurants, bars and clubs. Sofianna Resort & Spa | 4* Family Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus. You're also near paphos old town for some cultural activities.

Have a look at Malta. We went last year to an all inclusive is Qawa.

Really lovely island. We loved it so much DH and I went back to visit Valletta without the kids.

English is an official language there and the bus network is really good. Makes it quite easy for the teens to go and explore by themselves a bit.

For culture, beach life and liveliness I'd consider resorts in Albufeira on the Algarve, also Rethymno and Chania in Crete. Those three all offer a decent blend of the above. I hear good things about Heraklion in Crete too, but not been.

Can't help with the all inclusives question unfortunately, but I'd be surprised if they didn't all have something fitting the bill.
