December Destinations for 29th Wedding Anniversary wee away??

Just that!

We'd like some winter sun.

Probably a beach holiday, AI.

Thought about returning to St Lucia where we honeymooned but not always a good idea to go back??

Also haven't ruled out a cruise but wouldn't want a lively one.

All suggestions welcome.

Mauritius or The Maldives.

I don't know if it's AI but have a look at Shangri-la in Muscat or the resorts in Fujairah, as alternatives to the Carribbean. Maldives is very nice but even more budget resorts the price adds up quickly.

We went to the Maldives in October with the DCs.
Spectacular and wouldn't rule it out for the future but want to try somewhere new.

Mauritius is lovely and more to do than The Maldives. There are some lovely AI hotels; we stayed in Tros Biches Resort which was great.
