Anyone know of a resort with villas, city and beach

Hi - looking for holiday for myself, DH, 3 DS 17,20,22 and one girlfriend. We did a villa with pool last year and loved it but this year I’d like to be beside a city and beach.

Does anyone know of any place like this.

Love Barcelona but been there a couple of times so looking for somewhere different.

Not a city but skiathos town - it's thriving and fun and right on the beach with many others a short bus ride away

Valencia. It's beautiful. A city but with the beach about a 20 min tram ride away

San Sebastian, I really liked the city, but it's a pricier destination than many other Spanish options. Porto or Lisbon but you are bit out of the city when by the beach, Cascais near Lisbon was lovely. There are lots of lovely coastal destinations in Croatia, but lacking sand, most beaches are shingle. Venice lido has beaches, not been on the beach as I went for a conference and it was April, there are lots of beach clubs so not sure on beach access if you don't want to use the club. Also near Pisa there are towns like Viareggio that are beach resorts but only 20 mins by train to the city. I guess similar length of commute to the options around Lisbon and Porto. I am sure there are many others.

Cascais near Lisbon, Biarritz or San Sebastián?
