Romania - Much Better Adventures Trip and how best to add a few days

Hello!
We are considering a trip with Much Better Adventures which starts and ends in Brasov. The trip is for 3 nights and you explore Brasov, hike, bear watch, visit a sanctuary and see Bran Castle.

We like the sound of this but would like it to be a longer holiday, adding on another 3 or 4 nights.

Would anyone have suggestions for the additional nights? We'd rather it not be too focused on other cities, as we've done a lot of city breaks in Europe over the last few years. So more nature, or if there was a lake resort or something coastal?

Any ideas welcome - would rather travel by train than driving, but open either way.

Hopeful bump

I went (20 years ago!) to Brasov, but before there I was in Sighișoara, which is a charming mediaeval town with plenty to see. From there you can hike out to nature reserves. We took the train.

Sighisoara, Sibiu, Timisoara, Iasi all are interesting to visit. My favourite option though would be to hire a car and visit the painted monasteries of Bucovina. Can also add in the Merry Cemetery if heading in that direction.
