Holiday in Italy with indoor family pool

We would like to travel to Italy or Southern germany at easter time but would love to stay somewhere with a great indoor pool facilities similar to e.g. Lalandia in Billund denmark as well as aome things to do around (children 2 to 7 yo) . Don't want to expect great weather for outdoor pools. If relatively close to an airport would be ideal. Any suggestions or recommendations would be welcomed.
