If you book online directly with a hotel which you know is a Thomson family hotel, can you still use their creche ?

has the hotel got an email, why don't you ask them?

Depends I think. If it is a TUI owned hotel, for example, it may have its own Kids Club, but be international so not English as first language,and the Thomson one may well be separate and exclusive to their guests. Does the hotel website (not the Thomson one) state if there is a club available ?

will email them and ask. Its much cheaper to book direct and book cheap flights.

We found that with a Thomas Cook hotel and it had its own kids club (not that ours used it ). Bear in mind that you are n't as well covered if something goes wrong in the arrangements though as you would be with a package.
