Sporty activity holiday in Europe

Hi, I'm looking for resort suggestions in Greece, Cyprus, Turkey or Southern Italy/ Sicily or Sardinia.
We are a family of 3, two adults and a 13 year old who is very sporty. We would like a resort with football, tennis and watersports. But cheaper than Sani, Ikos etc
Open to suggestions. Thank you in advance

We did Neilson's when ours were tweens, but they've closed the resort we used so no specific recommendations.
