We are off for 3 nights in a few weeks. I haven't been in years. Would love some recommendations of where to eat/see/visit/drink etc!

This was a real highlight of our trip. Brilliant experience and the best meal we had!

My friend and I went to Marrakech for the first time almost 10 years ago now, and I still fantasise about the meal we had at Maison Arabe…it was utterly gorgeous.

Thank you all, some great ideas.

I can't decide about a day trip to the Atlas Mountains. We have been there before, for a few nights, about 17 years ago when we travelled around Morocco. It was beautiful but we are there from Friday late afternoon until Monday am. Am I squeezing in too much?

We were there a few months ago. Definitely look up for the storks as you come past the old palace in the Kasbah. Take a guided tour of you want a bit of the local history and some orientation of the Medina. We did a great tour of the mountains and Orika valley (must have been the same one as the previous poster as did the hard sell at the argan oil co-op!) and had a fab lunch prepared by a Berber family.
Have a hamam and scrub. It was an 'experience' seeing my husband in his tiny paper pants!

We had great food in most places. We enjoyed jazz and cocktails at La Pergola, we enjoyed drinks and salads at the sky bar and also Kosy bar.

We are going to Marrakesh soon. Can you tell me who you booked your tour if the medina with abc your trip to the Atlas Mountains please?

@elizabethcharlotte the Medina tour was with Marrakech with Locals. Our guide was Hassan and he was really excellent, tour guides have to do a huge amount of study to be sponsored as guides by the government.

Do you think it's packing too much in to do an Atlas Mountains trip during a 2 day venture to Marrakech/Morroco?
