Feb half term break with DD

I’m a single parenting and looking to go away during Feb half term with my DD (9). I’ve looked at Seville, Valencia or Copenhagen. She loves theme parks and attractions. I’m happy to do this combined with city break attractions. Any suggestions would be welcome :)

Horsens in Denmark? It's a city so has shops, museums, cafes etc but you're also a 40 min drive to Legoland and around 10 from Aqua Forum Water Park (there are also buses if you're not wanting to drive).

Is she interested in a Paris and Disneyland combo? We went at February half term and you could pretty much walk on rides. If I remember rightly Wednesday was the quietest perhaps as it's a change over day.

I'd stay at the Centre Parks type Disney hotel as you get a couple of tickets at the Park and then other free days to explore Paris etc.
