Recs for beach holidays in Europe

I’m looking for recommendations for hotels/
resorts for a beach holiday in Europe in late June, up to £8k for 4 people (2 adults, 1 child, 1 infant) for two weeks. (Budget rules put Ikos and Sani). Thank you!

Look at the maistra range of hotels in Rovinj Croatia. They have a selection of 4-5 star options, a couple are adult only, but they also have the Family Amarin which is really suited for families with young children, or other hotels with less child facilities but still suitable.

Royal Son Bou is brilliant for families and it won't be as hot as the canaries of Greece, but still warm enough for beach and swimming. The hotel has direct beach access.
