I’m going around in circles trying to find somewhere for this years holiday and so wondering if anyone could help please!
I’m hoping to book somewhere in the Algarve for 10 days in May for our family of 4. Children will be 8 and 22 months so I think we’d need a 2 bed apartment to make sure we all get some sleep and have enough space.
Ideally I’d like somewhere central in a small resort. Have been to Vilamoura and didn’t love it. Have also done an all inclusive on the outskirts of Albufeira and but this time being able to walk into town for a meal is important to me. A lot of the bigger family friendly hotels seem to be quite a walk from town centres and I want to avoid taxis etc.
I like the look of Alvor/Caraveiro/Tavira but am struggling to find accommodation that might work for us. Would love any suggestions! Budget would be roughly 2000eur for the 10 nights but we’re flexible.
