Am I searching for something that doesn’t exist?

Please help, I’m going round in circles. We’re looking for somewhere for 10 days in July that has water slides, good AI food (not bothered about drinks) and the kids won’t have to share a sofabed. We went to Greece the last couple of years but it was a little too hot so we’re thinking Balearics. Kids will be 12 and 14. Budget is £4-5k. If there is a beach nearby with water sports that would be a bonus. Thanks in advance lovely people in my phone ☺️

Hopeful bump as I came on to ask exactly the same question.

I want somewhere that is All Inclusive but not zoo-like at meal times with people barging each other out the way and crowding round the food. And I’d like self service wine / beer / soft drinks! Oh and bookable with either Tui or Jet2.
