Campsites with full Gym facilities

Hi,

I'm looking for a campsite in France, Spain, Portugal or Italy that has full gym - to keep teenager entertained on holidays. Looks like Union Lido has one - are there any others? Many of the ones that say they have a gym really only have a room with a few treadmills - but I'm looking for one with weights etc.
