Barbados - what do I pack?

5 years since I've been on holiday abroad and I can't get my autistic head around what I need to pack for myself.
Can anyone remind me what I need for a weeks stay.?

I'd take -
Couple of swimming costumes/ bikinis
Beach cover up
Shorts
Couple of t shirts
Couple of vest tops
Linen trousers
Couple of day/evening dresses
Comfy sandals, dressy sandals and flipflops
Underwear and camisole nightie
Toiletries and medications
Make up
Mosquito repellent
Sun cream
Hair products
Hairbrush and hair ties
Cross body bag
Kindle or couple of books
Music on phone plus earphones
Passport
Sunglasses
Pack of cards
Cash or cards

Cap or hat aswell. I usually don't wear either, but do find they help with the glaring sun when on holiday.

Also a converter plug for the different sockets
Maybe earplugs if you are a light sleeper
Cardy if evenings are cooler
Powerbank
Padlock for suitcase

Are you staying in a hotel, or villa with washing facilities?

I usually take a carry on - and have done the last few times we’ve been to BIM. The first list is excellent (although I’d not take trousers as it’s so warm) but would add a sun hat and snorkel kit if that’s your thing.

You won't need a cardie - it doesn't cool down in the evening
Jungle formula mosquito repellent and take more than you think you need!
Whatever clothes you take make sure that they're as light and as loose as possible
Have a brilliant time - it's great over there 😊
