Passport forms

Hi everyone
I’m not sure if I’m missing something, but can you print a paper copy of a passport form at home? Or do I still need to go to a post office that has them in the envelopes?
I’ve googled but I’m not sure if what is coming up is legit or a random form 🙈
I promise I’m not usually this dense but I think with the time of year and the fact I need to fill in 3 for my children has just confused me for some reason!
thank you to any one who can help 😀

You really have to collect the forms from the Post Office.

Thank you, I’m only checking because there are forms to download from the gov website but it’s all feels abit strange from the strict rules they used to have! I didn’t know if covid had played a part and if you could now print them at home

Do you need to print the forms? I’m sure I did all our recent passports just through the online service

Just do them online. They haven’t been paper based for years.

It’s so much easier to do online
It’s easier for the person countersigning if you do it online - they just get sent an email and can do the counter signatory thing very quickly (I counter sign a lot)
it’s also £11.50 cheaper per passport!

@PersianStar you don't need to print forms or collect them from a post office. You can do the applications online and take photos with your phone as part of the application. If your kids are under 12 they will need a countersignature and you need to give an email address for the person who will confirm their identity and that's all done online too
