Flight Socks

Good afternoon all.

I am 40yrs old and travelling to Vietnam on 30th Dec. I have been before but I was advised to wear flight socks as my ankles/feet swell.

Any recommendations Please?

I got compression socks in Boots. Always use them for long haul. The one time I didn't, I did get swollen ankles and it was really uncomfortable and took days to go away.

Make sure they are the correct size. Not too bit and not too tight. I got mine from hospital visits,

Boots. Definitely check size. Walk around if you can. Assuming not business with feet up! It’s so wonderful!

It's also worth wearing gym leggings on the flight - they have some compression and super-comfortable.

Were the Boots ones you mentioned any particular ones?

No. I just buy standard ones for my shoe size. I’ve found they work. Wash them out and wear on return journey.
