4hrs in Heathrow Airport, where to rest?

Hi, any suggestions where to rest with little ones at London Heathrow Airport for 4hrs?
For some reason I have to stay at the hotel at T4 1 day before. Check out is 12:00 but my flight will be in the evening.
Need to find somewhere indoor that my daughter can rest or not feeling boring.

Pay for lounge access?

Pay to check out later than 12.00. There isn’t anywhere really at t4 for children for that length of time.

Ask for a late check out or book for two nights if you can afford it?

If you got up early you could get a bus or train into Windsor and spend part of the day there.

Or see if the hotel will still let you use their pool in the early afternoon after you have checked out. They usually have a room to keep luggage safely for guests while they do other things.

Just ask for a late check out.
