School summer holidays
Needs to be safe
Not that keen on lots of kids clubs
sunny/nice weather but not hot

was thinking Scandinavia/Holland/Denmark etc but worried about organising it all.

the south is nice, you can fly in to copenhagen and then get the train across to malmo and pick up a hire car there
or ryanair flies to Gothenburg
