Best European City break?

What are your favourite European cities for a 3-4 day break? 2 adults (female cousins) just wanting a short break to somewhere a bit different. Have been to Paris / Pisa / Rome / Faro / Lisbon / Split.

Depends on the time of year, but fair to nice weather, Seville or Porto, cold/snow Tallinn.
