looking for really special place for a long romantic weekend...thinking about self catering just because I like the space to be able to loung around and read rather than have to sit on a bed in a hotel.......budget no option ..only the 2 of us but dont mind if it sleeps up to six...really need inspiration...

What about Balifscourt Hotel in Climping. On beach so lovely walks, good food and fabulous spa......well all was when we went a few years ago!

We went recently to Arundel in Sussex for a week-end away without our dd. We had the Junior suite in Arundel house. The room was on 2 levels and had lots of space. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and I couldn't recommend it more. Beautifl room and fab breakfasts.
