Wellness and warmth Winter holiday suggestions

I would really like to go a short-break holiday (5-7 days), to some sort of small boutique wellness hotel abroad between January and April. Warm, simple shortish haul, cheapish with spa treatments, pilates, massages that sort of thing. Saw a nice eco lodge place on the beach in Cape Verde however no direct flights from UK.
Anyone got some inspiration?

I've never been but I read about White Suites Lanzarote and vowed to myself that I'd go there one day.

I think you can also book as a package with jet2 etc so worth comparing options if you like the look of it.

For a warm and relaxing wellness break, have you considered the Canary Islands? They’re short-haul from the UK, offer great weather, and have lots of boutique wellness hotels with spas and yoga/pilates classes. Tenerife or Lanzarote might be perfect for what you’re looking for, and they often have reasonably priced packages. Hope you find the perfect spot!

Yes I am after something on the Canary Islands ideally, however can't seem to find places, perhaps because all the booking sites prioritise the big mega hotels, which is what I don't want.
