Special holiday, Feb half term?

Looking to book a special trip for DH and I at Feb half term to celebrate his 60th! Max probably about 8k all in. Would love beaches and sunshine! Is the Caribbean too far for a week?

We’ve done Caribbean for a week it’s fine. Consider also the Middle East or South Africa at that time of year
