Weekend break in the Isle of Wight

Any suggestions for a hotel for a weekend break with the kids and somewhere where we can have a nice dinner in evening. Baby listening would be helpful?

We had a good time at Seaview Hotel.

I would recommend the Welington Hotel in Ventnor - no listening though but in a great location - Ventnor is I think the nicest place on the Island and we have been back 3 years in a row! Nowhere is far away from anywhere on the Island in terms of day trips. The highlight of our stay is always Robin Hill and the pier at Sandown.
